You can write or update a Will at no cost with SPUC's Free Will Writing Service.

All SPUC supporters are entitled to our Free Will Consultation Service, although some more complex estates may incur fees for the Will itself. But there is no need to worry - all of this will be made clear in the free, no-obligation consultation.

You can leave a gift in your Will to SPUC of any size or type you like. Big or small, it will help create a world where abortion is unthinkable, and allow SPUC to continue engaging in a serious and wide range of activities, leading the fight and campaign for justice for the unborn.

How it works

• We work with trusted, independent solicitors, who will make contact with you once you allow us to pass on your information.
• This can be on the phone, over a video conference, or in person.
• In your free Will Consultation, you can discuss your needs and plans, and the solicitors will advise the best route forward.
• The solicitor draws up your Will - which will be free for simple Wills, but may incur an agreed cost for more complex Wills.
• There is no cost for consultations and no obligations to make a Will.
