50 miles for 50 years
SPUC supporter and former general secretary Paul Tully is walking 50 miles this summer to raise urgently needed funds for SPUC's We Care About Women campaign.
Paul will be walking through the lovely Sussex countryside, from Horsham to Chichester. He says, "As I walk I will be thinking of all those babies who will nevr grow up to enjoy the beauty of the world. My thoughts and prayers will also be with every mother who has ever lost a baby to abortion. Please sponsor me so that SPUC can continue its life saving work."
We Care About Women
We Care About Women is SPUC's dedicated campaign opposing the decriminalisation of abortion. A powerful lobby is pushing to remove every barrier to abortion. This means that abortion would be available at any time during pregnancy, for any reason and without any involvement of a doctor.
Vulnerable women would be able to buy abortion pills online or from a pharmacist. If a pregnant woman is desperate, she needs care and compassion, not abortion pills.
Monies raised by Paul's sponsored walk will go to support SPUC's campaign to oppose decriminalising abortion and its other pro-life work.
Please sponsor Paul using the donation widget. Alternatively, you can call SPUC HQ on 020 7091 7091 to arrange a donation over the phone. If you would like to collect sponsorship, you can download the form here.
