ARCH (Abortion Recovery Care and Helpline) runs a helpline 0845 603 8501 which can be telephoned from within the UK (calls charged at local rates):

  • during office hours Monday to Friday
  • outside office hours seven days a week from 19:00 to 22:00 UK time.

Good Counsel Network (GCN). GCN provide a very wide variety of emotional and free practical support for expectant mothers, fathers, and familes facing a crisis pregnancy and perhaps considering abortion. GCN website
